White	Moment of Triumph	Instant	Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn. You gain 2 life.
	Blazing Hope	Instant	Exile target creature with power greater than or equal to your life total.
	Pride of Conquerors	Instant	Ascend Creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn. If you have the city's blessing, those creatures get +2/+2 until end of turn instead.
	Divine Verdict	Instant	Destroy target attacking or blocking creature.
Blue	Sea Legs	Enchantment	Flash Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +0/+2 as long as it's a Pirate. Otherwise, it gets -2/-0.
	Negate	Instant	Counter target noncreature spell.
	Expel from Orazca	Instant	Ascend Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. If you have the city's blessing, you may put that permanent on top of its owner's library instead.
	Crashing Tide	Sorcery	Crashing Tide has flash as long as you control a Merfolk. Return target creature to its owner's hand. Draw a card.
	Hornswoggle	Instant	Counter target creature spell. You create a colorless Treasure artifact token with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
	Admiral's Order	Instant	Raid — If you attacked with a creature this turn, you may pay {U} rather than pay this spell's mana cost. Counter target spell.
	Release to the Wind	Instant	Exile target nonland permanent. For as long as that card remains exiled, its owner may cast it without paying its mana cost.
	Crafty Cutpurse	Creature	Flash When Crafty Cutpurse enters the battlefield, each token that would be created under an opponent's control this turn is created under your control instead.
Black	Moment of Craving	Instant	Target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn. You gain 2 life.
	Dire Fleet Poisoner	Creature	Flash Deathtouch When Dire Fleet Poisoner enters the battlefield, target attacking Pirate you control gets +1/+1 and gains deathtouch until end of turn.
	Reaver Ambush	Instant	Exile target creature with power 3 or less.
	Vona's Hunger	Instant	Ascend Each opponent sacrifices a creature. If you have the city's blessing, instead each opponent sacrifices half the creatures he or she controls, rounded up.
Red	Reckless Rage	Instant	Reckless Rage deals 4 damage to target creature you don't control and 2 damage to target creature you control.
	Buccaneer's Bravado	Instant	Choose one — • Target creature gets +1/+1 and gains first strike until end of turn. • Target Pirate gets +1/+1 and gains double strike until end of turn.
	Shatter	Instant	Destroy target artifact.
	Bombard	Instant	Bombard deals 4 damage to target creature.
	Shake the Foundations	Instant	Shake the Foundations deals 1 damage to each creature without flying. Draw a card.
Green	Aggressive Urge	Instant	Target creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn. Draw a card.
	Naturalize	Instant	Destroy target artifact or enchantment.
	Plummet	Instant	Destroy target creature with flying.
	Swift Warden	Creature	Flash When Swift Warden enters the battlefield, target Merfolk you control gains hexproof until end of turn.
