Commander 2017 Review: Vampiric Bloodlust (Vampires)

Commander 2017 officially released yesterday, so for the next few days Tomer and Seth will break down the new cards from the set on a deck-by-deck basis. Yesterday was Cat day, so today they move on to the bloodthirsty Vampire deck: Vampiric Bloodlust!
