Gameplan

MTGNeon brought white based decks some of the best answers and a brand new planeswalker in The Wandering Emperor

$ 0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00

This now means cards like Shifting Ceratops can actually be removed. It also means we may not need to add a third color to deal with problematic early threats. Even better, March of Otherworldly Light can hit Artifacts and Enchantments. Once our deck pushes into the mid-game, we'll have one of the sweetest new Planeswalkers in The Wandering Emperor, which can serve as an answer or a threat.

$ 0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00

We also got some of the best utility lands ever printed in Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire and Otawara, Soaring City. Both of these lands help answer whatever we need at instant speed while getting around cards like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Thoughtseize, and so many other things.

Conclusion

Azorius is jam packed with so many tools that it can handle almost any deck in best of one as long as we aren't flooded or mana stuck. The deck flows like a beauty and is exactly what a control mage's dream looks like. This is definitely going to be one of the best decks in Historic so look to beating this or joining it!
